Terms & Conditions – 0077tu Platform Rules and User Agreement

Clause 1.1

Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any real-money product on 0077tu. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Where a player is found to be under 21, the account will be immediately closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any winnings forfeited. Deposits made by underage players will be returned to the original payment method where technically feasible.

Clause 1.2

One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on 0077tu. Operating multiple accounts, whether in the same name or different names, is a material breach of this Agreement. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice, and any balances associated with the duplicate accounts may be forfeited at 0077tu's sole discretion.

Clause 1.3

Accurate Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are required to keep this information up to date. 0077tu may suspend or close any account where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete, and may withhold any associated balance pending investigation.

Clause 1.4

Identity Verification (KYC)

0077tu may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any point during your account lifecycle. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and delayed withdrawals.

Clause 2.1

Accepted Payment Methods

0077tu accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. 0077tu does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

Clause 2.2

Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Maximum single-transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of the transaction. 0077tu reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time without prior notice. High-value withdrawals may be subject to additional verification checks.

Clause 2.3

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours, subject to completion of any applicable verification checks. 0077tu does not guarantee withdrawal timelines where delays are caused by third-party payment processors, banking partners, or network conditions outside our control. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 0077tu account.

Clause 2.4

Currency

All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 0077tu does not accept or disburse funds in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees applied by your payment provider are solely your responsibility.

Clause 2.5

Refused Transactions

0077tu reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit or withdrawal transaction where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of this Agreement. In such cases, we will contact you via your registered email address to request clarification or documentation.

Clause 3.1

Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other promotional offers issued by 0077tu are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. Where a conflict exists between a promotion's specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for matters relating to that promotion only.

Clause 3.2

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's terms. Wagering must be completed within the timeframe specified. Bonus funds not wagered within the applicable period will expire and be removed from your account without notice.

Clause 3.3

Bonus Abuse

0077tu employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses through duplicate accounts, using bonuses in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay, exploiting technical errors to generate illegitimate winnings, and coordinated play patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is detected, 0077tu reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings and to close the account.

Clause 4.1

Game Rules

Each game available on 0077tu is governed by the rules set by its respective provider — Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, or Spribe. In the event of a discrepancy between a game's displayed result and its server-side result, the server-side result shall be the definitive record. Game history and transaction logs maintained by 0077tu and its provider partners are the authoritative source of record for all gameplay.

Clause 4.2

Malfunctions and Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during gameplay, 0077tu reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the corresponding wager amounts to the player's account balance. No player is entitled to winnings arising directly from a documented technical fault. 0077tu will act reasonably and promptly to investigate and resolve any reported technical incident.

Clause 4.3

Sports Betting

Sportsbook wagers are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as confirmed by the governing body of that sport (ICC for cricket, FIFA for football, and so on). Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or its result is contested, 0077tu reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. Live in-play odds are offered in real time and may change rapidly; bets accepted at a stated price are honoured at that price regardless of subsequent odds movement.

Clause 4.4

Prohibited Betting Activity

The use of automated betting software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets on 0077tu is strictly prohibited. Arbitrage betting strategies employed with the intent to exploit pricing discrepancies in a manner that constitutes system abuse are also prohibited. 0077tu reserves the right to limit bet sizes, restrict betting markets, or close accounts engaged in prohibited betting activity.

Clause 6.1

Platform Content Ownership

All content on the 0077tu platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of 0077tu or its respective licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 0077tu.

Clause 6.2

Limited Personal Use Licence

0077tu grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial gambling activity in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not include any right to sublicence the platform to third parties, to frame or mirror any part of the platform on any other server, or to compile any database from the platform's content.

Clause 7.1

Data Collection and Use

0077tu collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers.

Clause 7.2

Marketing Communications

With your consent at the time of registration, 0077tu may contact you with promotional offers, platform updates, and relevant information. You may withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect the validity of this Agreement or your access to the platform.

Clause 8.1

Platform Availability

0077tu endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary service interruption. 0077tu shall not be liable for any loss — including betting losses, lost winnings, or consequential losses — arising from service interruptions.

Clause 8.2

Gambling Risk Acknowledgement

You acknowledge and accept that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all funds deposited on the platform. 0077tu does not guarantee profits or returns on any wager. You are solely responsible for all gambling decisions made through your account. We strongly encourage all players to set personal deposit limits and to gamble only with funds they can afford to lose.

Clause 8.3

Maximum Liability Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 0077tu's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Clause 9.1

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your 0077tu account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Account closure does not cancel any pending wagers that were placed before the closure request was received. Once an account is closed, the associated username may not be re-registered.

Clause 9.2

Suspension and Closure by 0077tu

0077tu reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe a breach of this Agreement has occurred, where account activity raises concerns about fraud, money laundering, or underage gambling, or where continued operation of the account presents a risk to the platform or other players. In cases of suspected fraud, associated balances may be withheld pending investigation.

Clause 9.3

Effect of Termination

Upon termination of this Agreement, whether initiated by you or by 0077tu, all rights granted to you under this Agreement immediately cease. Clauses relating to liability, intellectual property, dispute resolution, and any accrued obligations shall survive termination.

Clause 10.1

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or any breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts as determined by the applicable legal framework governing the platform's operations.

Clause 10.2

Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute between you and 0077tu, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. Our team will endeavour to resolve the matter within 10 business days of receiving a complete written description of the dispute. Where internal resolution is not achieved, the matter may be escalated in accordance with Clause 10.1 above. All disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the claim; claims raised after this period may be declined.

Clause 10.3

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remainder of the Agreement continues in full force and effect.
